UOB Kay Hian, one of the largest financial services group in Singapore, is collaborating with ECXX to offer Securities Token Offerings to UOB Kay Hian’s group of accredited investors.
Under this collaboration, ECXX will provide the technology platform to facilitate the issuance of the securities tokens to investors. ECXX is a Singapore-based Recognised Market Operator (RMO) offering Digital Securities In MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Fintech Sandbox Express.
The ECXX platform is designed to be very versatile and will serve the fast growing digital asset space.
