Q. When can I participate in the competition?
Registration opened on 24th February while the competition begins on 7th March at 00:00h (GMT+8) and runs for a month. Kindly be reminded that account activation on the application may take up to 20 hours upon registration.
Q. What kind of trading techniques are allowed on Roostoo?
Only spot trading is available for the competition. Short selling, leverage and trading with bots are not allowed. This is so that the competition remains fair to participants who are new to trading cryptocurrency.
Q. Can we have access to the API on Roostoo?
Unfortunately, no API access will be provided. All trading should be done on the mobile application.
Q. Is KYC required?
KYC is not needed at the point of registration and participation. Depending on the winners’ citizenship and residence, KYC may be requested during the prize withdrawal process after the competition has ended. Affected individuals will be notified.
Q. Who can participate?
Anyone is welcome to participate. There are no restrictions to citizenship as it is a simulated trading competition.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
We accept direct transfer via USDT, and also PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can checkout as a guest with your credit or debit card on PayPal.
Q. I selected the wrong payment method. What should I do?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know to cancel your current application. Then resubmit your registration again with the correct payment method selected. We will verify your newest application.
Q. I did not receive my unique code email after payment. Why is this so?
After you have submitted your payment, we will verify your payment within the next 12 hours. Please also check all your inboxes (spam etc.) as your email might have ended up in other mailbox folders. If you still haven’t received a reply, email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
