Singapore, February 19 2020 — SuperCryptoNews, Asia’s leading blockchain and cryptocurrency media, has officially partnered with Roostoo to launch a paper trading competition that rewards actual Bitcoin (BTC) to the top traders at the end of the competition. For the first time, users can expect to win up to 0.5 BTC and more in a trading competition where no capital is required. Besides the initial reward of 0.5 BTC, the reward pool grows as more participants join the competition.
“Our role in this niche but growing industry as a blockchain technology and cryptocurrency investment media is crucial. We take it upon ourselves to provide accurate and educational information for newcomers to easily access this community while serving the existing enthusiasts. Especially when it comes to trading, the inertia to take the first step is strong due to the mainstream media’s portrayal of how volatile and risky cryptocurrency trading could be. Usually, in trading competitions, participants are also expected to deposit their own money which results, in turn, depends on the capital they have,” explains Varut Vanichayakosol, Managing Editor of SuperCryptoNews.
“We’ve decided to launch this simulated trading competition with pre-allocated capital to incentivise everyone to explore trading in cryptocurrencies with no risk. At the same time, they could also win actual prizes in cryptocurrency. We hope that this would be the first step to introducing digital assets trading to new users and letting them know that they do not have to be afraid of exploring it.”
SuperCryptoNews was incorporated in 2019 with the collaboration of experts in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency within the region. Apart from news and updates, the website also focuses on cryptocurrency market analysis, trading movements and feature interviews of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within the industry.
Chris Low, chairman of Novum Global Consultancy, said, “There is so much interest in Thailand and the region but there aren’t enough outlets to educate, update and spread the word about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. We have been expanding into different countries within Asia and Thailand is the perfect fit for this venture. We are in a good space with so much potential to grow – the Thailand SEC has a clear set of regulations which provides a proper structure for cryptocurrency-related activities. However, before any form of mass adoption and community growth, the masses in Thailand would need more localised news outlets and content platforms to go to so they are able to find more information to better understand this industry. We are able to fill this gap as we are anchored across Asia with firsthand updates.”
SuperCryptoNews is looking to educate investors in Thailand and across Asia in regard to cryptocurrency as well as making them better understand the underlying blockchain technology before executing any investments. This time, the competition welcomes participants from all over the world.
Registration will begin from 24th February (GMT+8) on the registration page and the competition will run from 7th March to 5th April 2020.
